L'batata Aqerhane also called Batata Harra is a side dish perfect for chilli lovers. Deep fried potatoes tossed with garlic, fresh herbs chill, and vegetables. It's a simple and easy dish to make. It takes just a few minutes to prepare from start to finish. These spicy Berber potatoes make for a good appetizer or even a great side dish along with meats or vegetables. You can optionally oven roast or air fry the potatoes for a healthier option.
