بِسْــــــــــــــــــــــمِ اﷲِارَّحْمَنِ ارَّحِيم
السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته
Today begins the holy month of Ramadan. I would like to say on my family's behalf that we wish you all a happy, blessed, healthy, and life changing Ramadan month. I ask Allah to make our fast sincere and our standing up in prayer one of obidence. I ask Allah awaken us from sleep of the heedless, forgive our sins, shortcomings, and mistakes. Ya Allah forgive me and forgive all the sinners of this world. And I ask if I have sinned against any of you to please forgive my mistakes. I ask Allah to grant us wisdom and awareness, keep us away from foolishness and pretention, grant me a part in every generous blessing of Ramadan. I ask Allah to strenghten us to carry out YOUR commands, let me taste the sweetness of YOUR rememberence, grant us through YOUR graciousness that we give thanks to YOU. And to YOU alone. Protect us, Protect our families, Protect our friends, Protect our Ummah and all YOUR creations with your protecting cover. Allow us to renew ourself and our faith during this Ramadan. Place us amoung the ones who seek forgivness, the righteous, and most obeident servants of YOUR servants.
May Allah accept our Fasting, Good Deeds, Prayers and Sacrifices during this Month and may HE forgive our sins, protect us from the Hellfire and enter us into Jannatul Firdous al A'ala. And let us welcome Ramadan by following the example of our beloved Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him) by walking humbly, talking softly, dressing neatly, treating kindly, praying attentively, and donating generously!
