ReplyDeleteI'm still wading into Algerian cooking, but I love all the gluten-free variations you post, and it's so easy to adapt many of them to our kosher needs. I'm looking forward to trying some kefta recipes, it's a favourite Shabbat dinner here, traditional in Sephardic Jewish families, and I'd love to bring some Algerian flavour to the table.
ReplyDeleteI've shared and followed, and I've been getting your newsletter for a while now. Thanks so much for the giveaway! I'm wildtohold [at] gmail.
